Just take out some counterspells and some walls, I recommend getting ride of:- Glacial Wall- Hover Barrier- Inspiration- Argent Sphinx- Cancel- Void Shatter- Rewind- Impulse- Basalt Monolith- Artificer's Epiphany- Careful StudyI would also put in a few more artifacts and take out some of those draw spells, counterspells and walls, because you want to be able to hit Qumulox and Broodstar and reliably make them super cheap.

Thanks for the suggestions everyone. I have a Broodstar and Inspiring Statuary, which I'll be adding this weekend. Padeem, Consul of Innovation seems like a must, so he's in. I'll experiment with the rest of your ideas, all of which seem kick @$$. Thanks again.

i dont know.. for a creature;Broodstar may be good, cuz you could cast him for only two blue mana if you have a lot of artifact tokens already. and if youre going to have a bunch of artifacts, may as well put in Padeem, Consul of Innovation, for some general protection. it would suck to have a bunch of artifacts out, to just have them Vandalblasted away.

Artifact decks always have a special place in my heart. When I saw your decklist I thought up a few interesting suggestions that could add some big beefy threats to the mix, and accelerate your deck like...ten fold. Most of the suggestions are going to come from a set near and dear to my heart: Mirrodin. This set had an amazingly broken mechanic called Affinity for Artifacts. Additionally, i'm going to suggest cards that take advantage of the fact that you have so many artifacts.

I know these cards are basically taking your deck in a whole different direction...but they are amazing. What are your thoughts?

3 months ago's a few more ideas...if you go full 4 of Ongoing Investigation, then add in 4 Whirler Rogue. He comes with 2 extra bodies, potentially 3 Clue tokens each attack eventually guaranteed clue tokens by making things unblockable. Also, to consider Lodestone Myr, and Broodstar or Qumulox.

Then, I remembered Precursor Golem, who copies a spell for each golem, and could quickly get a lot of clue tokens with Confront the Unknown or Jace's Scrutiny. This can go bonkers when paired with Mechanized Production, because the way its worded, it doesn't even need to be attached to the artifact that causes you to win. So, put it on a Precursor Golem, upkeep makes a second Precursor Golem, then cast something like Survive the Night, copy it twice for each Golem, a total of 12 Clue tokens; win on upkeep because of Clues.

I know a whole bunch of Clue tokens with Ghirapur AEther Grid could take over a game. When thinking of other things clue tokens can do, I thought Throne of Geth is one of the more unique effects that sacrifices artifacts, and having lots of proliferation of poison/loyalty/energy counters would make it interesting. But, I realized this is likely too slow.

I also thought of Clock of Omens, but I don't know what artifact you'd want to be untapping repeatedly in a turn.

Anyway...I'm just brainstorming.

I'm still working out the what ifs and why's with this deck. I've only really tested this deck via a proxy deck. So far it's won every game against all of my friends' modern/casual decks. I included 2 elixirs mainly as a back up for my friend's mill deck, but I might end up replacing it with something else and sideboarding it. As for Lifecraft Awakening, I just wanted to include some spells that weren't creatures that could help beef up my Golems (not that they need anymore buffs lol). I'm actually thinking of replacing Dramatic Reversal with some more blue counter spells or tapping spells. I'm also gonna somehow fit a Broodstar or two and a Prismatic Omen into my deck somehow. The latter to help with Emeria. The memorial is also included mainly for the haste buff and the extra protection. Also because I will most likely not have both the memorial and Odric in my hand at the same time, so both do a good job with mass buffing.
