For now it's full of staples, but I strive to shape this into a more competitive form, so critique with elaboration is much appreciated.

The idea is to use your graveyard as your secondary hand and storm out.

Infinite spell casts would be achieved through Sol Ring / any 2 mana rocks + Dramatic Reversal imprinted to Isochron Scepter. Or by the same principle, but through Paradox Engine. Once you got the combo going, you need Grapeshot, Tendrils of Agony, Brain Freeze or Aetherflux Reservoir to 1-shot everyone. Alternatively Talrand, Sky Summoner can produce infinite 2/2 flyers with it. Be ware of counter magic, save yours for opponents combo piece removal and play carefully.

Kess, Dissident Mage is so stupid with the Tutor spells, since with drawing any one tutor, guarantees you can tutor every piece you need in 1 or 2 turns. It's almost unfair.

The control side of the deck allows for a bit delayed lethal, but it should consistently happen by turn 6/7.

I know Liliana of the Veil ain't the best card for storming off, but I love the card + she has synergy with the Commander, though a tad slow.

For now I'm trying to run this without the usual Doomsday + Lion's Eye Diamond + Laboratory Maniac combo, or the dual lands Badlands, Underground Sea and Volcanic Island, which makes this kind of a budget version.
