We will get four color commanders soon enough! So I built a list for one of the new commanders here.

At first, I was building a stax and super-friends list (and with a little infect theme) like many other peoples do, but I changed my mind. Because +1/+1 counters are more active and fun for me and others on the table also! I always try to build a deck to be casual first, and to be competitive later. :)

I carefully chose cards for land bases and early stage ramping to not fail to drop Atraxa at turn 3 or 4. I tried to include creatures which require less mana but can grow a lot bigger within a few turns after drop. Creatures like Mikaeus, the Lunarch , or Forgotten Ancient are always good to go.

There are enough blue staple draw spells for refueling hand like Jace Beleren , Fact or Fiction , Teferi, Temporal Archmage or Consecrated Sphinx also. And you will be happy every time you draw Fathom Mage . :)

Because this deck has some cards with X cost, it was hard to check if mana curve is good enough. So I tagged every card with intended cmc and roles. You can choose "Custom Category" to check out.

Anyway... Just press playtest button and see how it goes. Feel free to drop Atraxa as fast as you can, and swing with your creatures and walkers! Enjoy!

NOTE) As I play in a fairly casual meta, some obvious looking choices like Lighthouse Chronologist , Tangle Wire or green/blue praetors are missing. You are good to go with them if you need to be more competitive!
