I was coming back from a brief hiatus in deckbuilding, and wanted to really challenge myself with something completely ridiculous and somewhat terrible, and theres no worse thing to do than cast a spell with Epic that isnt Enduring Ideal. Neverending Torment is arguably the third worst, and seemed doable, and this is the second draft.

Since I cant cast spells after the Epic trigger, I needed stuff to do, and playing lands is where its at. Theres a solid amount of utility from lands, and a potential for a Crucible of Worlds before casting Torment. Theres also the decree cycle (pun intended) and some random good stuff to jam anytime before the Epic spell.

I also loaded it up with a solid amount of tutors to make it as consistent as possible. And Oloro himself wraps up some survivability with some soft life gain that also fuels some of the card draw.

Suggestions are welcome as long as those suggestions dont include not casting an Epic spell.

Edit: some sweet things have happened so far.

-I Strip Mined the sole forest a simic player had, and then tormented the rest of his green sources out over the course of four turns. I played the odds and succeeded! In that same game, I busted up everything that could remove my Propaganda out of an Edgar Markhov tribal, then snatched all his lands out while kor havening to slow down the onslaught.

-people jamming Nekusar, The Mindrazor without follow up is excellent for this deck.

Replaced Storm Cauldron with Humility. Cauldron is just a pipe dream.

I cut the creature making packages and the awkward-for-this-deck-Necropotence in favor of the card draw/life gain Sphinx's Revelation, some more creature hate, and a game-winning Solemnity package as a backup plan/soft lock.
