Here is my budget Reaper King deck! I already own the expensive cards in the deck, so everything else is budget.(ie. demonic tutor, vedalken orrery) I have not play tested the deck yet, and I am not great at cutting cards without playing them first. Maybeboard is filled with cards I am not sure about / upgrades to the deck.

The plan of the deck is to ramp hard at first, then slam Reaper King and start blowing up permanents. Even without Reaper King, cards such as Soul of the Harvest and Shamanic Revelation will produce much value. Once the scarecrows/ shapeshifters are on the field, use blink and bounce effects to get multiple triggers. Win con: outvalue opponents, stop them from having engines, then beat them up with a scarecrow army.
