Changeling (This card is every creature type at all times.)
Champion a creature (When this enters the battlefield, sacrifice it unless you remove another creature you control from the game. When this leaves the battlefield, that card returns to play.)

more one-card combos:
Search up Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker , Lightning Crafter , then any Goblin sac outlet (too many to list), or anything that triggers off of etb or death ( Pashalik Mons / Boggart Shenanigans / Warteye Witch ). With a sac outlet, you get infinite damage from Lightning Crafter copies, and infinite of the sac effect (for example with Skirk Prospector , infinite red mana.
Moggcatcher fetching all three pieces on its own is pretty slow, requiring a full turn after you play it to use it, then still requiring an additional untap and activation. One way to use it is, EOT, fetch Kiki, copy Moggcatcher, fetch
with the copy, untap Kiki, Moggcatcher, and copy. Get a card with champion (adorementioned Lightning Crafter, or
using the Moggcatcher or the copy of Moggcatcher. Win
Another way is EOT get Sensation Gorger , then in response to upkeep trigger, get Goblin Recruiter . This has bonus of discarding everyone's hand. Then you draw any five gobs you want. In this case, you can go off with Kiki + Goatnapper + Shields/Wings/ Blades of Velis Vel for meme value (turn Kiki into a goat)
can achieve same speed because it is a sac outlet itself. EOT get Moggcatcher, untap, Moggcatcher gets Kiki, Kiki copies Moggcatcher, Moggcatcher copy gets Lightning Crafter.
In response to Champion trigger, Cateran Overlord gets Changeling Berserker , Berserker champions Kiki, then let Lightning Crafter champion trigger resolve, tucking Berserker (or just sac it), which brings Kiki back untapped. Now you have Kiki untapped, Crafter, and a sac outlet, which is enough to win.

With the amount of toolboxing your deck seems to have, have you tried Bring to Light ? In all seriousness I'd look at taking advantage of your deck's diversity rather than trying to have a 'bomb'- its often easier to trade two for one with just the right tool from your existing list rather than play something big and general. If you had a clear 'burn their face off' gameplan, it would be different, but here something like Mystical Teachings could really shine.
Other than that, things like Clone Shell , Acidic Slime , Puppeteer Clique , AEtherling etc. Silumgar, the Drifting Death might be an interesting choice. Changeling Titan is a cute way to get multiple etbs. But Thrag-daddy is still the best 5 drop in those colours, bar none.

I hope you have noticed that:
You can pair that with any creature-type-matters-ETB to try and win the game. Reaper King for instance can blow everything

A wonderful execution of theme and design - bravo, neighbor. +1
Maybe a Changeling Titan ? It's an elk, I swear!

It looks to me like you're going for a sort of different type of deck than mine (or at least are playing it in a very different environment), so I'll be careful with suggesting too much, and stick to the things I have found worked well in general for me.
First I would recommend is Channel the Suns. If you're looking to get the King out as early as possible, this is the card to do it, allowing you to drop him as early as turn 2 in combination with Sol Ring. Even beyond that, it usually feels pretty good to get him out a turn earlier, or for one less mana, sometimes enabling you to follow him up with a scarecrow right away.
Secondly, I agree with your aversion to use too many changelings, but if you're looking for a wacky combo, it doesn't get much better than the trio of Changeling Hero, Changeling Titan and Changeling Berserker. I find they work great on themselves, as they allow you to champion a scarecrow, which re-enters when they die, and can get you another trigger. If you manage to get all 3 of them together, though, you can have them champion each other (e.g. play the Titan first, champion any creature, then drop Hero, champion the Titan, then play Berserker, champion Hero. Since Hero leaves play, Titan re-enters, which champions Berserker, causing Hero to return and so forth), which is usually a game ender since you're able to destroy all of your opponents' permanents. I'm usually not much of a combo player, but I personally find this one very funny, if a bit hard to get off.
For theme, I'd urge you to play Reap and Sow. It's not really a great card, but it can help you ramp and tutor for some of the more key Nonbasic lands (in your case probably Cataracts or Inventor's fair). And it just fits the theme. If you're playing Reaper King, you might as well start Reaping (or sowing, or both!).
I also tend to like Tezzeret the Seeker , especially if you back him up with a set of artifact lands (Seat of the Synod, Tree of Tales, Vault of Whispers and Ancient Den). You'll mostly want him for his second ability, which allows you to tutor your artifact lands for some added ramp, or a simple -1 to grab that Heap Doll if you need a RK trigger and don't have one on hand.
Lastly I'd like to recommend either Fabricate or Drift of Phantasms (or both, as I did). The point of fabricate is hopefully somewhat clear, and I tend to like the Drift as it can find a lot of your key cards (I usually end up transmuting him into either a Scarecrone or a Chromatic Lantern), and even if you don't need to transmute it, it can never hurt to have an extra flying blocker.
I'll leave it at that for now. If you're looking for more inspiration, take another look at my list.

Do you think changelings are wolfy enough? Chameleon Colossus and maybe Changeling Titan. Baton of Morale would simulate pack tactics. Soul Foundry is a favorite of mine with decks like this and it gets extra synergy with your token doublers. Knighthood doesn't sound wolfy but some wolves are fast man (and its hilarious with your deathtouch cards).
Have you looked for a different commander? If you could find a Naya boss you could throw in Alpha Brawl and bring the wolf to them.

Yes to ramp spells. Much harder to destroy lands than artifacts or enchantments and commander games are long enough to see everything destroyed. Bring your land total up to around 35 with 5 - 10 ramp/ mana rocks. Cats are mostly cheap to cast so you don't need to go crazy with the mana.
I'd choose about half your present cards except creatures to make room for forests and plains. You could lose a few of the least remarkable creatures but I like creature heavy decks.
