This deck has been built to be extremely fast at casting a wheel so i can dump my hand and restock before my opponents have a chance to play their higher cost cards, cheap artifact ramp is the main way this has been achieved. Also it has been adapted to survive the long game and hold up against the hate it seems to take with cards like The Locust God to make blockers and Archfiend of Ifnir to wipe the board.
