Originally assembled from cards I already own, this deck is born from combining my 3 best attempts at creating a sub par competitive deck into a sans-white good stuff color pile

For context, I had a decent black based tutor package for mono black sidisi, strong combos in a red blue niv mizzet, and proper interaction package in a green black gitrog with green tutors. Initially Borrowed all the staples out of these decks and acquired a couple crucial ones with relatively low cost (<$50~).

Looking to grow this as a legit cedh no proxy option. Because of that last detail, Underworld Breach is for added grave recursion, but its unlikely I will ever add Lion's Eye Diamond, so we are looking to do a self mill line via Culling the Weak + Stitcher's Supplier to mill into another wincon

Primarily going for a standard Thoracle win, this started as a turbo naus strategy that has shifted more mid-range, after some inspiration from the Tymna/Jeska Mox Masters winner in early 2023. I began exploring the Hoarding Broodlord lines and discovered the big mana dumps were hurting the Ad Nauseam dive and wouldn't provide much digging into the deck, therefore I found the logic of treating Bolas's Citadel as a replacement for naus.

Hoarding Broodlord + Saw in Half + Burnt Offering + Peer into the Abyss would be the full length combo to ramp into a fast win, that the broodlord alone can tutor up. Ideally Entomb + Reanimate can provide a very early Broodlord for those ideal quick wins.

Of course the broodlord plus the surplus of tutors and combos in the deck open this up to alot of flexibility to adapt to the pod composition.

At the worst case scenario option, we are running Aetherflux Reservoir + Bolas's Citadel + Sensei's Divining Top combo to cast out our entire library and flux the table

In a high control / stax composition, delay the fast win in favor of better value options like Vilis, Broker of Blood or Notion Thief + Windfall to solidify card advantage. Usually with a way to protect your win attempt with Veil of Summer or Pact of Negation, or forcing the win through by abusing the stack with a dualcaster mage flash in.

Aside from Demonic Consultation + Thassa's Oracle /Tainted Pact combo we have a Dualcaster Mage which can conveniently combo both with Saw in Half and Twinflame assuming we have 1 other creature in play. Both combos provide infinite off anything on the stack, which gives us infinite tokens as is, and adding this combo onto a ritual makes this also a route into infinite mana

Finally, as an umbrella combo, we are running infinite mana as Thrasios, Triton Hero gives us an outlet in the Command Zone, mainly through Dockside Extortionist loops with Cloudstone Curio.
