With adding Sorin, Imperious Bloodlord, there is two possibility for casting Vampires directly from the hand. It brings the possibility to cast big vampires. There is also some boardwipes as toxic deluge and kindred dominance who is great to keep vampires while the others opponents have to destroy their creatures! I did a friendly sideboard when im playing more casual (no loop or cheap shot): Sanguine bond exchange for bedevil
