Budget version of a Kaalia, I think it has enough Kaalia- defense and signets to get Kaalia out by 3/4 and go from there. Based off of jclaust's kaalia-of-the-vast-long-title-1.

Red Elemental Blast // Demonic Tutor . REB is really fun to smack blue players with, but I needed to fit in a third tutor effect. And "have 1 card just to mess over a plan that Might be messing with my plan" is worse than having a card that synergizes with the deck's goal, protecting and resurrecting Kaalia and smashing faces. And I happened to find a heavily played card with a nice front for only $29!

Reverberate // Isshin, Two Heavens as One . Basically same reason as above. This deck would love the space for a counterspell, but the main strategy is ETB creatures and Isshin is simply too good to not have.

Swamp // Malakir Rebirth  

Goremand // Whip of Erebos . Goremand might be better on a smaller budget, but he just doesn't provide any utility. There is better ways of removing creatures in this deck, and they either let you choose or do more than one for each opponent. And the Whip is just goated bro.

Terminate // Expedition Map Terminate says destroy, only targets creatures. Whenever I have this in my meta, I don't want it. If it's a creature, mine are bigger or can block it. If I want more removal in the future I will trade out something else for Abrade. I want the map to fetch either Cabal Coffers or Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth depending on the vibe.
