Disclaimer: Food Chain spiked to $40+ so I made some changes to keep the deck under budget!

The Food Chain Combo

This deck is meant to be a competitive Prossh combo deck utilizing infinite tokens/etb with Food Chain + Prossh, Skyraider of Kher .

Simply tutor for Food Chain and play it, sac creatures or pay mana to get out Prossh, Skyraider of Kher , sac himself and two tokens to make 7 of one color and 1 of each other color, play Prossh again for +8, +10, +12 tokens, etc.

This ends up being infinite ETB and death triggers and infinite tokens and, if you need it for some reason, infinite mana to be used on creatures only.

Combo Wins

From there, you can win:

-with attacks on the next turn (if no wipe)

-with haste from Ogre Battledriver / Fires of Yavimaya

-ETB triggers with Purphoros, God of the Forge / Impact Tremors

-death triggers from Blood Artist / Zulaport Cutthroat .

Typical win is between turn 6 and 8. Fast wins as early as t4. But since this deck has a lot of routes to victory, it will sometimes be appropriate to slow WAY down and make sure you have Defense Grid effects and extra tutors/ Riftsweeper in hand to secure the win.

Worth noting that you can also go infinite ETB/LTB with Eternal Scourge + Food Chain , but I wouldn't tutor for this combo unless you need to go off right away (facing down sorcery speed hand disruption etc.) and don't have enough mana to get Prossh going.

Tutors help you find your combo pieces and mana dorks help you get them on the field.

Some interaction included in case you really need to shut down combos or aggro: Maelstrom Pulse , Faerie Macabre , Toxic Deluge .

Dosan the Falling Leaf and similar effects stop counterspells from ruining our plan.

Riftsweeper , Eternal Witness , Regrowth , Treasured Find in case our plan gets disrupted and we need to reset!

That's basically the whole deck!

Most of the cost of Prossh comes from the lands. So that was easy. But I also cut huge $$ tutors like Imperial Seal , Imperial Recruiter , and Grim Tutor , $$ mana like Mana Crypt and Chrome Mox / Mox Diamond . This sacrifices a little speed and a little consistency, but really nothing gamebreaking.

This all saves me about ten billion dollars. No, but really--in case you think this isn't budget, the typical competitive Prossh deck is approx $3000 (check the lists below).

Other budget additions--say under $25 a card--certainly welcome.
