Decks gameplan

This is a control deck that utalize creatures that deal damage to your opponents whenever they do something we don't whant them to do. Cards like Harsh Mentor will shut down combos like Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal. So your opponents won't try and go for that combo. but meanwhile he will sit there and burn your opponents whenever they crach a featchland etc. etc. But then if you put a card like Keen Sense on your burnbear you get to draw a card from every trigger. That the gameplan of this deck.

Dramatic Reversal and Isochron Scepter

This is a typical two card combo that gives us infinit mana. With infinit mana you draw your entier deck with Thrasios, Triton Hero. Then with your entier deck in your hand cast all of your creatures. Then cast Finale of Devastation giving all your creatures hast and +666/+666 the number of the beast.

Yeay we have 5 cards that can conect and win with the minotaur pirate. If you have 8 cards or more and go to your discard phase you have to drop down to 7 cards in hand. Trigger 1 damage to all opponents. Trigger drawing card equal to opponents. If you have 3 opponents you will now draw 3 cards. Now you have 10 cards in hand and have to discard down to 7 again. Yes it works like that. The discard refreshes. You don't have infinit but you will kill all opponents by this.

Rampaging Ferocidon

What is this card doing inside this deck? I mean this is a creature deck. yes it is a creature deck but this is shutting down decks that loop creatures or trying to generating infinit tokens. And there are other heavyer creature decks out there.

Yes we are going to take a few hits from this. But I have found it to do more harm to my opponents then it dose to me.

Keranos, God of Storms

This is a really expensive creature but with so much late-game power. He draws cards and Lightning Bolt creatures. This is a card to consider if you wanna increase your grind. He is also good vs board wipes.

Finale of Devastation

With so many creatures in this deck this is a great tutor. Its the same cost using a Demonic Tutor to find any creature and cast that creature. Where finding Tandem Lookout with demonic tutor would cost using final of devistation would cost . But also this is a possible overrun wincon if you have the mana and creatures. Gaea's Cradle helps out a lot here.

Irencrag Pyromancer

This is a red creature that bolts from time to time. In general we are drawing 1-3 cards per turn so its not hard to get a trigger from this. but here comes the big weakness. Its hard to draw 2 cards on other turns in instant speed. So that will only Lightning Bolt isen't that secure. Often we need something faster and for less mana. But this is a grindy card. It will be good in long games. and maybe you could build a bit more arround it. Add in more cards like Brainstorm.

But this deck is alredy really good at grinding. In generall I don't think this deck needs this creature. Its not what we are looking for. But it is a card we could play and from meta to meta it could be great.

Unearth

If this card is useless just discard it for and draw a new card. But with the high amount of 3 CMC creatures in this deck. This card has a lot of different targets. I mean just imagine getting your Gilded Drake or Glint-Horn Buccaneer back for only mana!
