Mausoleum Guard
Creature — Human Scout
When Mausoleum Guard dies, create two 1/1 white Spirit creature tokens with flying. (Dying is being put into the graveyard from the battlefield.)

Out: Mausoleum Guard and Seraph of the Scales
In: Sensei's Divining Top and Toxic Deluge
Avg CMC lowered from 2.71 to 2.65.

Everyone's deck will vary depending on their own financial situation but you are welcome.
I would swap out Soul's Attendant for Deathgreeter.
If you can afford them at some point Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth, Cabal Coffers and Expedition Map.
Some mana rocks to consider Arcane Signet, Sol Ring, Orzhov Signet and Talisman of Hierarchy.
Your creature base can be improved. As a rule of thumb for creatures generating tokens creatures with a CMC of 1-2 create one token and creatures with a CMC of 2-4 create 2 tokens.
Myr Sire, Carrier Thrall, Discordant Piper, Doomed Traveler and Garrison Cat to name a few.
The two creatures with a 4 CMC that create tokens are Seraph of the Scales and Mausoleum Guard.
A Planeswalker that is just made for a deck like this is Liliana, Dreadhorde General.

I added Yawgmoth's Bargain as a sink for life for cards. I wanted to be able to draw when I wanted to.
I don't recall exactly how I went infinite with Ashnod's Altar but I did it with that altar and Mausoleum Guard .

Okay, so after looking at this deck for a while, considering its sideboard, and adding some cards that I use often for similar strategies, I've come up with a list of edits (well, actually three lists).
Before I get to those, I would like to explain what I found. Firstly, I like the idea behind the deck. Token strategies are always a great way to make a casual deck that can scale to be for optimized. I love the afterlife keyword as it lends itself to this optimization really well. But there were several less-than-savory card choices in here. The two biggest issues that I saw are ones that I see a lot (and full into too). The first of these is that many cards have a very high cost-to-value ratio. That is, there were several cards that cost too much (mana) and do too little for it. Elgaud Inquisitor is a fantastic example. While Elgaud Inquisitor is on-theme with their on-death triggered ability, that is all they have going for them. The lifelink isn't super useful, and the CMC is WAY too high. They are only a 2/2 too boot. Second off, theme isn't the same as function. I understand that there is a vorthos element to this deck, but since this deck isn't a full tribal deck, I think it's better to focus on ways to make the good parts of the theme work great.
I saw lots of cards that were life gaining cards ( Pontiff of Blight , Impassioned Orator , Riot Control , etc). This deck can make a lot of tokens which Tesya gives lifelink. You need not worry about life gain card. The strength of your creatures that make tokens when they die is that you can easily recur them in W/B. In the lists below, there are many cards that give added value to dying creature or make killing your creatures more ways to die. Lastly and most importantly, you had ZERO ramp and ALMOST NO card draw. THESE ARE THE TWO MOST FUNDAMENTAL ASSPECTS IN EDH!!! You NEED to have them!!! You can not rely solely on the one land drop and card draw. I've listed several cards that assist the main strategy and draw you cards (things like Dredge and Altar's Reap ). As for ramp, there is almost no good ramp outside of green. That only means that you have to look harder. Mana rocks are a must. I only have three in the lists, but they are absolute must-haves. Next, I put in several cards that give you mana in other ways. Most of them align themselves with the main strategy ( Ashnod's Altar , Soldevi Adnate , and Pawn of Ulamog to name a few). Similarly, I added cards that draw you cards from creatures dying. There is one card that I would like to point out in particular, Erebos . The important part of Erebos is his last ability. You pay and 2 life to draw a card. Life is a resource, and you'll be making plenty of it. Be sure to spend it. There are lots of cards that help you turn life into various things, like Bolas's Citadel (which I almost put in and still think has a place here). I would encourage you to look into them. Lastly, I would remove 6 lands. You have other ramp now and don't want to be flooded all of the time.
Here is the list of cards that I would remove:
- Healer of the Pride
- Kitsune Healer
- Mausoleum Guard
- Seraph of the Scales
- Seraph of the Sword
- Syndicate Messenger
- Guardian of the Gateless
- Knight of Sorrows
- Lumbering Battlement
- Orzhov Racketeers
- Angelic Skirmisher
- Deathpact Angel
- Patron of the Kitsune
- Rune-Tail, Kitsune Ascendant / Rune-Tail's Essence
- Knight of the Last Breath
- Angelic Edict
- Angelic Exaltation
- Holy Mantle
- Angel of Despair
- Impassioned Orator
- Pontiff of Blight
- Riot Control
- War Report
- Safe Passage
- Congregate
- Orzhov Charm
- Lingering Souls
- Spectral Procession
- Kindred Dominance
- Ethereal Absolution
- Phantom General
- Treasury Thrull
- Sky Tether
- Pacifism
I understand that there is a budget to this deck, so I've split my suggestions into two lists. The first is all cards that are cheap and should keep you under budget. The second list of cards is for later edits. If you want to spend more money on this deck, those are the cards that I would recommend buying.
- Altar's Reap
- Ayli, Eternal Pilgrim
- Butcher of Malakir
- Demon of Dark Schemes
- Doomed Dissenter
- Dredge
- Grim Haruspex
- Merciless Resolve
- Open the Graves
- Orzhov Signet
- Pawn of Ulamog
- Pitiless Plunderer
- Rescue from the Underworld
- Soldevi Adnate
- Talisman of Hierarchy
- Unearth
- Victimize
- Whisper, Blood Liturgist
- Burnished Hart
- Living Death
- Phyrexian Reclamation
- Priest of Forgotten Gods
- Sun Titan
- Viscera Seer
- Command Tower
As you're read through these, you might notice that a lot of these came from your sideboard. There are lots of good cards in there.
- Ashnod's Altar
- Black Market
- Crypt Ghast
- Dictate of Erebos
- Divine Visitation
- Erebos, God of the Dead
- Grave Pact
- Hallowed Spiritkeeper
- Krav, the Unredeemed
- Oversold Cemetery
- Phyrexian Arena
- Smothering Tithe
- Sol Ring
I hope you enjoy these changes. Just remember that casual decks don't have to be un-optimized.

The thing i'm noticing first is a pretty big lack of removal. I'd consider replacing Kaya's Wrath with Fumigate , as it is a bit easier to cast and will gain you some more life. For single targets, Mortify is often much better than Final Payment , and Hero's Downfall is always a good choice. Revel in Riches is cute, but even in a casual deck I don't think you will be doing much with it. For fun effects, I'd recommend Mausoleum Guard or Maalfeld Twins . Sifter of Skulls fits into this perfectly, and I'd consider using that to replace Shadows of the Past .

Well you currently have 2 Mausoleum Guard'S and 2 Raise the Alarm'S in the deck.
Fiend Binder you can take out.
Prophetic Prism you can take out
And Haazda Exonerator. These all seem like an easy cut.

So lets pick the deck apart in detail:
1# If you don't have removal resistant creatures (like Slippery Bogle) you don't run cards that have "enchant creature" (with exception of enchantments like Rancor that don't go the grave). Because you should not allow your opponent to trade + Fatal Push for your 2 cards, and 2+ mana.
(and 2 cmc cycling cards like Angelic Gift are not much better)
2# Playing very dumb beaters is a bad idea. Especially if they need you to have a large board presence to do ANYTHING at all.
People tend to call these "win more cards" because they won't help you if you are in a bad position, and if you are winning already, what is the point in playing them?
I am talking about Crusader of Odric & Seraph of the Masses.
And even if we disregard the problems described above, when tokens are board wiped thy will self destruct.(since they will have 2-3 damage marked on them until end of turn, and when your tokens leave the battlefield, their toughness will fall below 2/3 - so they will swiftly follow)
3# Seller of Songbirds < Precinct Captain - so you shouldn't play 4 bird traders & 1 captain, but the reverse.
4# Akroan Horse is terrible - it only exists to reference the Trojan horse, for more greekish impression for the set. Artifact creatures are dangerous, to the player who plays them as they are hit by both artifact and creature removal/hate cards.
And the wooden horse is bad even without this fact, its so bad that you wouldn't even want to Harmless Offering it to the opponent, as its simply not worth the time and mana investment.
(it takes time to get to 4 mana in a 19 land deck that lacks filtering)
6# Mausoleum Guard is a worse Promise of Bunrei, the latter is an enchantment (thus very few people have stuff that would exile it unlike the guard which has high chances of meeting Path to Exile. The enchantment is also 1 mana cheaper, and if its played all your creatures will have the effect, so if any 1 of them dies you get the bonus (its much easier to not block a 2/2 tha to not block even a single one from the incoming horde of tokens)
7# Paragon of New Dawns; Phantom General < Honor the Pure, Intangible Virtue, Spear of Heliod & even Glorious Anthem. (honorable mention goes to Archetype of Courage because first strike is awesome if your are defending your life total from a weaker board position)
8# this deck simply doesn't have enough lands to support its (unnecessarily) high mana curve.
You are playing 11 4cmc cards in a deck with 19 lands, and you neither have ramp, nor card filtering to help you get to the necessary mana.
This means that those cards will likely just sit in your hand while you are being beaten to death by Tarmogoyf, Reality Smasher, or even a mono white token deck that runs a proper curve and/or the same effects for cheaper costs.
Giving your board indestructibility is the least of your worries, but you could theoretically accomplish such (or similar things) in modern (of course not with your mana source density):
Selfless Spirit, Frontline Medic, Knight Exemplar, Eldrazi Monument, Avacyn, Angel of Hope (Privileged Position)
You don't use google, you use this site to search magic cards...

Maybe Mausoleum Guard instead of Lingering Souls so that you have another target for Altar's Reap or morbid trigger and then getting the two tokens.
