Budget Uril, the Miststalker Commander deck. Mostly just hexproof and auras.

This deck is very effective at getting out a huge, difficult to answer threat that can pick off other players one at a time. This deck's strategy is so linear and simple that it can get boring to play sometimes, so I always have another deck standing by.

This deck is especially vulnerable to counterspells, Cyclonic Rift, and forced sacrifice so be careful around blue decks and black decks.

Zetalpa, Primal Dawn and Sigarda, Host of Herons are in the deck mostly as backup commanders, which sometimes becomes necessary. Everything else seems pretty self-explanatory.
