Maybeboard

This is a stax list I have been polishing for a while. I think it's about finished but I would love to hear what the tapped out community has to add. It’s heavily based off of a Kambal, Consul of Allocation deck that can be found by googling Kambal-Alternative Outcomes.

I originally ran a deck that was similar to the Kambal list, but decided to switch to Tymna and Ravos for the following reasons:

Tymna the Weaver can generate amazing card advantage if we can get her out before establishing a lock, ensuring that we are literally drawing ahead while our opponents struggle to gather resources.

Ravos, Soultender can bring back our finishing combo pieces (Mike & Trike) as long as they aren't exiled, in addition to bringing back hatebears and sacrifice fodder for Contamination & Smokestack. For example, Smokestack has one soot counter and we have Aven Mindcensor in our graveyard. At our upkeep, we return Aven Mindcensor to our hand with Ravos, and then flash it in to sacrifice to Smokestack. Ravos also has the added benefit of boosting all of our other creatures so we can start swinging for the fences once we have some creatures in play. He also works well with Entomb and Buried Alive. Even if we don’t necessarily have Animate Dead, Dance of the Dead, or Necromancy in hand, Ravos will still help us get back any creatures lucky enough to last a round in our graveyard.

I think that makes this tag team a little better suited for piloting this stax list, while also masking our game plan. I wouldn't expect a stax list to be hiding behind these two innocent clerics.

Aside from that, playing this deck is pretty straightforward. Jam lock pieces until your opponents quit or you can kill them with Mikaeus, the Unhallowed and Triskelion or the helm combo. Alternatively, just nuke their lands with Armageddon or Ravages of War while Crucible of Worlds is in play for maximum salt.

Thank you for reading this and I would greatly appreciate any and all input.
