Protecting Kaalia is central in gettng value from her, so that is what this deck is trying to do. It is limited by cost, so dual-lands, fetch-lands, and other expensive ramp is the next thing to get. The focus for the deck is on protection from colors, giving her haste, and making her indestructable with spells and huge creatures.

Keep in mind

Kaalia's trigger don't cast creatures, it just put them on the battlefield. So you dont wanna have big creatures that require you to cast them e.g Dread Cacodemon to destroy openents creatures or Reiver Demon for the same reson. Focus on creatures with ETB (enter the battlefield) effect.

This card is included because it will bounce protections spells like Emerge Unscathed and Faith's Shield, but also because I was lucky and got her in a pack.

Mill

You can include Emrakul, Kozilek, or Ulamog in your deck to garantee you wont die to mill.

The money sinks

Avacyn, Angel of Hope, Aurelia, the Warleader, Iona, Shield of Emeria, and Lightning Greaves are the big moneysinks in this deck, but some medium cost cards are here as well. I viewed these cards as central enough to Kaalia as a commander to spend the extra money, however, there are other options (like Archangel Avacyn and Swiftfoot Boots) so don't break the bank.
