My Kresh EDH deck I've been working on lately.

The main gameplan revolves around making tokens, saccing creatures and getting counters. Early game the goal is to ramp hard to either get equipment out to protect Kresh or to tutor for Doubling Season and make tokens, get a lot of counters and get value from double Loyalty counters on Planeswalkers entering the battlefield.

Game finishers include fatties like Grave Titan, getting lethal Commander damage in with Kresh, or play Fling effects on either Kresh or a other big fatty with counters for lethal.
