Budget Golgari Commander (EDH) dech with "deathtouch" theme.

Strategy is quite simple.

1. Mana (35 lands + 8 ramp cards as a Sakura, Cultivator, Kodama's Reach...)
2. Lot of creatures, and maybe tokens. And with deathtouch.
3. Keeping them around (Whip of Erebos, Ascetism)
4. Use big creatures (Sheoldred, Doomgape, Tetzimoc...)
5. Try some equipement on them (Swiftfoot Boots, Sword of Vengeance)
