Before starting I would like to say that I have a different version of this deck without the thematic aspect, more focused on the milling strategy. In case you wanna take a look and help me decide which version is better, here is the link: Lobotomy

After doing the deck mentioned above I decided to try and explore the thematic of Mirko Vosk, Mind Drinker. He is a vampire, but a different kind of vampire. Instead of draining blood from his victims, like the other vampires do which translates to lifelink in game mechanics, he instead drains knowledge from them which translates to milling, because the players library is his source of knowledge. I found that there's still a problem with this, he is only taking away that knowledge from his victim by milling the cards away, but he is not using it, like a normal vampire does when he drains the blood/life from someone. With this in mind I decided to make a milling deck which would also allow me to use stuff that I milled, and hence this deck was born.

So what does this deck do exactly? Obviously the deck will mainly mill my opponents' decks, but apart from that it also allows me to do the following:

• Chainer, Dementia Master, Chancellor of the Spires, Diluvian Primordial, Gonti, Lord of Luxury, Kheru Mind-Eater, Lazav, Dimir Mastermind, Nightveil Specter, Sepulchral Primordial, Silent-Blade Oni, Hedonist's Trove, Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver, Gruesome Encore, Spelltwine, Talent of the Telepath are cards that will allow me to play things from my opponents graveyards, libraries, hands and in Ashiok's case from exile;

• Deadeye Navigator and Conjurer's Closet will allow me to trigger the "enter the battlefield" abilities from creatures multiple times. Obviously the best candidates to soulbound with Deadeye Navigator are Clever Impersonator, Evil Twin and Phyrexian Metamorph which can copy any of the other creatures with triggers allowing me more versatility, specially Evil Twin which apart from that will also be good removal. If Altar of the Brood is on the battlefield even better, extra milling;

• Agent of Erebos, Hedonist's Trove, Crypt Incursion, Bojuka Bog and Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver will allow me to deal with decks that also use graveyards and would benefit a lot from the milling;

• Now you would think that the previous point would also screw me over, exiling the graveyards should also be problematic for me, but I have that covered. This deck can do something that the other decks usually can't do. Mind Raker, Murk Strider, Ulamog's Nullifier and Wasteland Strangler will allow me to recover cards that were exiled by any source, while Hedonist's Trove also allows me to play the cards it exiles. Even if I end up never playing them during one of those games I still have the upper hand because my deck doesn't rely solely on using the graveyards;

• Lastly, Fleet Swallower + Keening Stone will allow me to "one-shot" an opponent.

I guess I didn't miss anything, it's already late as I am writting this there's a chance I might have forgotten something the deck can do... Anyway, I could have added Duskmantle Guildmage to make an infite combo with Mindcrank, or add Cloud of Faeries which also does an infinite combo with Altar of the Brood and Deadeye Navigator, but it's not allowed at our LGS tournaments, so there's no point in putting them in the deck, for now.
