I've wanted to make a Noyan Dar deck as soon as I saw him get spoiled. This deck is basically a different Sky Summoner deck with White spells for extra awesome.

I purposefully went a little land-heavy because I know as soon as someone sees Noyan as my commander they're going to side in whatever land destruction they can. This will make it easier to keep them coming and hopefully miss as few land drops as possible. After all, if I'm going to be attacking with my lands, its necessary to leave some behind for counterspells and whatnot.

The reasoning behind all the token generators is two-fold; one, to make up for the lack of creatures, and two, when I have Noyan out I can get double the value out of all of them by also transforming/buffing a land. It may not be the best way to go as most people seem to simply run control, with counterspells and whatnot, but I hate making what 'most people' make.
