With all the different effects your creatures have i would consider throwing in an Odric, Lunarch Marshal, Cloudshift mainly for the art flavor, but the etb retrigger is nice, Planar Outburst boardwipe, Emeria Shepherd get back some useful cards from your graveyard,Descend upon the Sinful art flavor and board wipe,Goldnight Redeemer life gain per creature, and finally Aegis Angel for commander protection.

Uhh... Very nice looking deck you have there, but i have few suggestions. Remember that these are only my opinions and i understand if you don't agree with them. But lets start.
Do you need Metallurgic Summonings in maindeck with Approach of the Second Sun. I think that you don't need both wincons. So i would cut summonings and add maybe more Essence Scatters, Void Shatters or Negates in some combinations. Buuut Metallurgic Summonings would be very funny sideboard strategy. When you win first game off the sun, in second game you'r opponent have prepared to see sun and does not maybe have enchantment removal in. Just funny idea :D.
I would also maybe replace 2x Cast Out with artifact/enchantment removal like Forsake the Wordly, mostly because of you want to get rid of that d*mn Aetherworks Marvel forever as Cast Out is open to enchantment removal and + to that you don't have to waste counterspells to protect Cast Out in that case.

Drogskol Captain should be mainboard in place of avacyn. i'd also highly recommend taking out the Planar Outburst. you don't want to use board wipes when your win condition is creatures. if you want to use counter spells, Remand and Mana Leak are your best options. check out my own u/w spirit control deck.

Yes, DanaBarrosReincarnate, I've been trying to fine tune the deck. Bontu the Glorified and Gonti, Lord of Luxury were both really close to making the cut, but a 4th Gifted Aetherborn is just better at getting us though the early game, and beat out Gonti for that reason. Bontu was competing too much with Yahenni for our creature fodder, and just wasn't effective enough. It also competes with Vampiric Rites.
I'm still not sure about the vampiric rites. The one-of copy just hasn't been very relevant in games to date. There are a lot of games where I would not mind drawing at as the game went on, so it is staying for now.
I've added one Grasp of Darkness and taken away a Fatal Push. It seems like a good balance. I don't really want any more low-curve creature removal; those cards are dead in a control matchup, which tends to be our hardest fight.
I've made some changes to the sideboard. Zombies have been tricky, but adding in 3 Trespasser's Curse has been really helpful, also against aggro and drake haven decks. To make room I removed 1 Anguished Unmaking, 1 Fragmentize, and 1 Planar Outburst.
I like Pick the Brain but it just doesn't slow down control enough, which is the main reason to chose it (the fact that we take a card from the opponent's hand is the benefit of this card, while the other options are guaranteed to remove all of the target cards). Instead, I split the sideboard to 2x Lost Legacy and 2x Dispossess.

My deck wants to establish a board presence early game with tiny, efficient creatures and then be able to bring them back late game after a board wipe (Planar Outburst and Yahenni's Expertise) with embalm and Renegade Rallier.

SteemedMuffins, Yes, Planar Outburst is better, I think. Mainly because it has Awaken, which is one of the win cons in this deck, but also to clear the way for your Awakened lands and manlands, as they are not killed by it. You shouldn't need the lifegain from Fumigate as you're fogging everything anyway. Remember, Repel the Abominable works against anything, including burn spells, Chandra emblems and planeswalker damage.
Dynavolt Tower usually deals 6-12 damage in a game. Mostly to finish off players, but also to clear opponents small creatures after Planar Outburst or, and this is what I use it for mostly, to damage Planeswalkers. Planeswalkers are hell for this deck if you don't manage to get a Deadlock Trap out early. And especially with the new Gideon, you'll need a way to damage him before his 0-ability gets too annoying.

Is Planar Outburst better than Fumigate? and how often does Dynavolt Tower come in as a wincon? I have been thinking about building a list similar to this that just uses Dynavolt tower to win to be even more evil.
