Pretty simple, cast spells and swing with Shu Yun, the Silent Tempest and kill you opponents with commander damage. Cards like Propaganda are included for when your playgroup inevitably targets you for one-shooting someone. If you want to cut the cost of the deck by a considerable amount than I would replace the land base to the list below. It won't be as reliable but it would probably get the job done. On the other hand, if you have some money burning a hole in your pocket, you could get rid of Esper Panorama , Naya Panorama , and Grixis Panorama , and replace them with Scalding Tarn , Arid Mesa , and Flooded Strand .
