What if I changed Vorosh to Partners?

Commander / EDH Bracket 2 Counters GWUB

This deck, if I changed the commanders and added white.

So, As was the case before, this is a +1/+1 counter synergy deck. The main things that's changed over the many new iterations is that it's much more creature focused and much more effective. The deck is mainly green, but the addition of white has added some new toys to play with and a much better removal package.

So what's our gameplan? Sometimes getting the right cards to ramp hard and early can be a bit of a crap shoot, but we have many mana cards (Birds of Paradise, Biophagus, Incubation Druid, Kami of Whispered Hopes, Gyre Sage, Fertilid, Purestrain Genestealer, Rishkar, Kodama of the West Tree and Runadi) that make mana based on how many counters are placed on them or synergize with such. You want at least one of these by turn 3. An overlooked combo in this deck may be Incubation Druid + Llanowar Reborn , the land being turn 1 and the druid being turn 2. That's 6 mana turn 3, which is a better rate than Sol Ring! Next, we build up counters. There are so many cards in this deck that put counters on things there's no real reason to list them all or describe how it works. Put counters on creatures that have the strongest payoffs, make them extremely large, and get damage in where you can.

After we've set up our mana, next we need to draw cards to keep accelerating. This deck has absolutely absurd amounts of card draw, but probably the most notable is Danny Pink. He synergizes quite well with all the cards that put counters on themselves such as Ishai. Then you have cards like Fetid Gargantua and Dusk Legion Duelist, who work the same way as Danny Pink, but on a micro scale. Marcus and Armorcraft Judge are also notable.

After we've built up mana and card draw, we have a little recursion in Phyrexian Reclamation and Regrowth, but mostly we want our creatures that are absolute powerhouses on the battlefield, like Ancient Bronze Dragon, Quilled Greatwurm, and Kalonian Hydra to make out already probably very large creatures even bigger threats, and beat face.

In the case of resistance, we have three board protection spells, two one-sided boardwipes and an alternate win condition to attacking, Simic Ascendancy.

Suggestions

Updates Add

IN: Breena, the Demagogue, Qarsi Revenant

OUT: Revival of the Ancestors, Master Biomancer

Let's be real, Master Biomancer got powercrept pretty bad. Railway Brawler is better 90% of the time and will be the next thing to be added, most likely. Breena also fulfills the purpose of "puts lots of counters on things" plus the flying is nice.

Revival of the Ancestors didn't test very well. The second chapter in particular really calls out for "anthem your whole team" instead of "distribute 3". It's also slow as balls. Qarsi Revenant is powercrept Vampire Nighthawk and the fact it can give counters synergizes pretty well with a lot of things in this deck.

Some cards I had my eye on for this deck were Railway Brawler, Reluctant Role Model, Rikku, Resourceful Guardian, and Vivien, Monster's Advocate, but I have no idea how I'm going to find more room. This deck is already packed to the brim with all the best +1/+1 counter cards.
