A very budget storm build for Kess . The main win-cons are Thousand-Year Storm and Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal . With Thousand-Year Storm I usually have enough cantrips to draw through most of my deck and get more than enough mana from the copies of a ritual ( Dark Ritual and the like) to kill everyone with Torment of Hailfire or Comet Storm .

With the Dramatic Scepter combo I need at least three mana from my mana rocks and enough cantrips to draw into one of the finishing spells. Guttersnipe and Thermo-Alchemist are in here as back up in case I can't find one of the finishing spells, or if I only have infinite storm but not infinite mana. Since Isochron Scepter actually casts the copied spell they'll do damage and I can kill everyone that way.

I'm adding Past in Flames soon so I can have better access to my graveyard. I'd love to add Yawgmoth's Will since it's much faster than Magus of the Will , but I think that particular card is a little too strong for my meta right now.

I haven't had a chance to test this out in a game yet, but when I've been goldfishing the decks been very consistent. I'll have to wait and see if I need more removal/answers though since this deck probably folds pretty hard to aggro.
