Sisay saying "NO!" to various things! Sisay's first tutor target should always be Shalai, Voice of Plenty (then slap Swiftfoot Boots, Lightning Greaves, or Champion's Helm on her ASAP)! Gaddock Teeg right after her is REALLY disruptive to most decks.

Ramping into a turn 2 or 3 Sisay is optimal but there's plenty of hatebears to play if you don't see your ramp.

In the turns before Sisay comes down and after Shalai/Gaddock you'll be saying no a LOT to mess up your opponents gameplan with hatebears galore. Focus on getting getting 3 white mana and 8 total to bring Avacyn out ASAP.

Endgame options are build up big mana with Nykthos/Gaea's Cradle (and possibly untapping both with Garruk) for HUGE Kamahl Overruns or counters for all from Shalai. Elesh Norn/Avacyn will typically let you win via flyers a lot of the time too.
