I noticed that most folks who build a deck around Xira go for an insect tribal sort of thing, so I wanted to try a bit of a different direction with her and see if I could make a more politics-heavy deck for under 100 bucks. A little bit of a chaos subtheme crept in as I was building the deck, and it ended up... like this. Not sure what it does exactly, but whatever it is, it has fun doing it!
