Tier 2-3ish cEDH deck based around the Ral, Storm Conduit + Chain of Smog loop to ping people out or generating infinite mana through Dockside Extortionist and Emiel the Blessed to a win with Jace, Wielder of Mysteries or through DC/TP with Jace.

If the deck gets stuck in a search loop without payoffs grabbing Sidisi, Undead Vizier gets the non legend half of all of the A + B combos

Definately still a work in progress, trying to optimize the mana base without opening the deck up too much to artifact hate, and shifting around lands to make t3/4 sisay activation consistent.

Silver bullets for graveyard loops with Kunoros, slows wheel decks with Narset and artifact heavy decks with Lavinia.
