i wont have to go in details of every card, maybe just some and some comboes.

Mana generators and stuff.
Exploration is for early game land escalation. i found it reliable in my other EDH deck.
Astral Cornucopia is easy mana.
Mana Reflection + Mirari's Wake is double land mana.
Chromatic Lantern + Sol Ring + Birds of Paradise + Thought Vessel kinda gives itself

Then there is the token generator cards.
Oath of Gideon, Elspeth, Knight-Errant, Elspeth, Sun's Champion, Freyalise, Llanowar's Fury, Garruk, Apex Predator, Garruk, Primal Hunter, Kiora, the Crashing Wave, Nissa, Voice of Zendikar Sorin, Grim Nemesis, Sorin, Solemn Visitor and Vraska the Unseen

Good +1+1 counter stuff.
