I'm trying to find the right balance between stealing people's things, getting bodies for lazav, making people uncomfortable about the milling, and getting nasty effects through on my creatures.

Dimir colors were the first deck I built in mtg, so I want this deck to be fun and interesting and really put some work into it.

My meta ranges from Numot, the Devastator equipment voltron with random little unblockables to Meren of Clan Nel Toth tempo and Kaalia of the Vast tutor toolbox.

The deck is fairly budget.
