My second Attempt at A Competitive EDH deck. Card Draw, combo's, and ramp, what could be better?

Some cards are not in the deck due to budget constraints, or they are simply hard to find. For a fully optimized list I would make the following changes:
Flux -> Timetwister
Remand -> Mana Drain
And I would probably mess around with a High tide package.
Fellwar Stone -> Candelabra of Tawnos
Benefactor's Draught -> High Tide
Probably more changes would need to be made, but I don't want to think about it right now..
Side Note: I try to make every Card inclusion in this deck do as much work as possible. For example, Instead of running cyclonic Rift, Iv'e decided to run Retraction Helix. Both can get rid of a pesky permanent in a pinch, but Retraction Helix has the added bonus of going infinite with Paradox Engine.
