Personally, I prefer a different partnering: Reyhan with Kydele. In general, artifacts don't get many +1/+1 counters, so unless you've got lots of artifact creatures in the deck, you're probably out of luck. What does Silas do here? It's a split strategy, I think. The deck runs well without the aside on artifacts. Thrasios, Triton Hero has some synergy since he can ramp, which is always a green thing, and Kydele, Chosen of Kruphix benefits from card draw, which is a very Simic thing to do. If you have lots of things like Hangarback Walker in this deck, which benefit from dying and have +1/+1 counter synergy, AND are artifacts that Silas can use, great. But it looks like you're just using Silas because you didn't like the others. Unfortunately, artifacts are near the opposite of what green likes, and +1/+1 counters are near the opposite of what red likes, which is the main artifact color. The way I see it, if this were my deck, I'd do one of two things:- Cut Silas for a different partner commander and alter the 98 accordingly- Fill up with more artifact creatures that
These, I think, are the best partner synergies (in no particular order):
Bruse Tarl, Boorish Herder + Ikra Shidiqi, the Usurper + Sidar Kondo of Jamuraa + Tana, the Bloodsower + Tymna the Weaver + Silas Renn, Seeker Adept for decks that like to attack/deal combat damage, in BGRW, BGW, RWG, RBG, RWB, BURW, BUWG, WUB, BUGR (I think that's all of them)
Kraum, Ludevic's Opus + Ludevic, Necro-Alchemist + Vial Smasher the Fierce or Kydele, Chosen of Kruphix for card draw effects/benefits in UR, UBR, GUR (don't partner Vial Smasher and Kydele, it's not useful)
Okay. That's probably useless to you, but I was off on a tangent. Sorry. Anyway, to sum up: your deck is nice, but it would be a lot better if your commanders were synergistic. I have left many suggestions above.

I don't know how much success you're having with Undergrowth Champion, but I never liked it very much. Just personally, I would suggest dropping it.
Somehow, you're not running Master Biomancer. Do it.
Sapphire Drake gives everything flying. That's always a good thing in mainly green decks.
You've got mostly green, so Reverent Hunter would make a good choice.
If you have tokens or lots of creatures often, play Stag Beetle.
Oran-Rief, the Vastwood makes for a good land for boosting your creatures, as do graft lands.
Minamo, School at Water's Edge lets you untap Vorel.
Gutter Grime creates increasingly large slimes. Ew.
Garruk Wildspeaker is a useful endgame planeswalker.
Everflowing Chalice for ramp.
For adding +1/+1 counters at instant speed, Strength of the Tajuru.
Often, you can check Auto-suggestions for cards this deck could use. I used that to bolster my advice. (Bolster is another nice +1/+1 counters ability, btw.) I also used my Vorel deck: http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/when-you-have-too-many-counters-blame-vorel/ . It has a card-draw subtheme, but most of the cards are related to this.
A couple other deck ideas:- Atraxa, Praetors' Voice covers so much more ground with +1/+1 counters--you can play Abzan/Dromoka cards, Golgari cards, even the Orzhov Syndicate has powerful spells with counters. And those are just tribes/guilds.- Partner commanders. If Sultai is workable, use Reyhan, Last of the Abzan and Kydele, Chosen of Kruphix for a sacrifice-card draw theme. I have a deck based on that.

Tooth and Nail (Blightsteel Colossus + Torrential Gearhulk = crazy value; so many options)
Toxic Deluge (Awesome removal spell)
Venser, Shaper Savant (removal/counterspell on a creature)
Volrath's Stronghold (recur creatures with a land. Nuff said)
Vraska the Unseen (removal and a walker)
Worldly Tutor (Tutors = consistency = wins)
Asceticism (just counter stuff)
Collective Voyage (Symetrical, therefore not helpful)
Coiling Oracle (not strong enough)
Consuming Aberration (just a big fatty... but rarely game swinging)
Darksteel Citadel (I have no clue why you would need an indestructible artifact land)
Devastation Tide (Sorcery therefore too slow & you'll have better options)
Dissipate (You only need about 10 counterspells; this one is just a cut to make room for better cards since you had 11 counters)
Dissolve (getting replaced by Forbid)
Evacuation (better options available)
Far Wanderings (Slow ramp)
Horizon Chimera (I'm not sure you need the life gain so badly that he has to stay, and he's not here for any other purpose. I think you have enough gain with Scooze and Obnoxious)
Isochron Scepter (too likely to get you 2-for-1'd)
Kydele, Chosen of Kruphix (not good on its own)
Leyline of Anticipation (Your deck already has a good half of its castable cards at instant speed)
Naturalize (you are adding enough artifact/enchant removal... should be ok to cut)
Neurok Stealthsuit (just counter stuff)
Rewind (Expensive, and that untapped mana is so rarely relevant in my experience)
Rupture Spire (bad land, and your deck is stable enough with land)
Thing in the Ice Flip (too slow/not good on its own)
Thrasios, Triton Hero (you have tasigur and a ton of ways to tutor him up... probably dont need the "2nd copy" of tasigur)
Time Stop (it's just so expensive)
Exploration (to ramp up to Damia and then let her refill your hand letting you play tons of lands all the time)
Exsanguinate (This provides a wincon or a source of lifegain in a pinch... but I'm not sure you need lifegain that badly, and no good deck will let you kill them with a massive exsanguinate... so if you don't need it for lifegain, you just don't need it).
Courser of Kruphix (same lifegain boat... requires testing to see if he might be needed, although at that point it would be worth looking into boarding Horizon Chimera back in, or maybe running a Wurmcoil Engine).
Fierce Empath allows for a lot of stability with fetching, which is where I am trying to cut off some of the lower curve of your creature base when you have more powerful options available at higher costs, and can spend the first turns of the game trying to keep opponents off of pulling too far ahead of any one other player. Early turns can also be spend casting any of your many tutors to set yourself up.
Similarly I am trying to develop the deck with a lot of cards which have high power and also provide a high level of consistency by tutoring in one way or another, examples being Increasing Ambition, Protean Hulk, Mystical Teachings (which can fetch Torrential Gearhulk, Venser, Shaper Savant, Snapcaster Mage, and Teferi, Mage of Zalfir).
So these suggestions are supposed to bring about consistency in the deck and therefore achieve power by method of consistency. It makes the deck very slow and you'll have to get really good at shuffling and making snap decisions for finding cards from teh deck when you tutor, but from my experience playing control sharuum, consistency is king for control decks, and having just a few high power creatures should be enough to win you games.

You could add Kydele, Chosen of Kruphix for a bunch of mana, you could bounce here to tap her again or untap her with your commander.

I'm building a Temur deck using Kydele, Chosen of Kruphix as one of my partner commanders. I'm trying to decide whether to use Ludevic or Kraum as the other partner. Here's how I see it now.
--Cheap early blocker
--Encourages my opponents not to attack me
--The deck isn't built to take advantage of Ludevic triggers so my opponents are more likely to benefit.
--Bigger body + flying
--Ability only benefits me.
--Higher casting cost
--potentially less consistent triggers.
As of right now, I'm leaning towards Ludevic simply because he discourages people from attacking me. What do you guys think?

Thanks for the suggestions! Some of the cards you recommended, while great, are a little outside my price range. Abundance, unfortunately, is a nonbo with Kydele, Chosen of Kruphix. I have Reliquary Tower for unlimited hand size. Not sure what untappers you're talking about, so Stasis doesn't really work. I also have a pretty limited number of Auras, so I don't need to move them.
