Kresh the Bloodbraided EDH. Make some tokens, buff them maybe, and then kill them. This will give Kresh all the counters he needs to kill somebody. I also try to run a lot of kill spells since they contribute to Kresh as well. Counter stuff helps too, such as Corpsejack Menace . Counters end up being put on very easily, so just give him unblockable with a Whispersilk Cloak or something and then that's it.
