Chittering Rats - Three-card combos in a singleton format are iffy. I wouldn't have Alesha, Rats, and a sacrifice outlet at the same time consistently enough for it to be effective. I don't want to force a combo to work.

Flesh Carver - Not too many of my creatures would be appropriate fodder for Carver, but I do get the odd token. I'll put him in the Maybeboard.

Lone Missionary - Seems a little... boring. I have Vampire Nighthawk and maybe Aerial Responder if I need to race.

Stingscourger - Constantly bouncing a creature isn't removing it, it's just delaying it. And an opponent could simply kill Alesha to stop the bouncing. Hard removal is the only way to be rid of a problematic creature.

I'm definitely going to pick up those two and jam them to see if they are any good. Narnam Renegade slipped past me when I was looking over the set, but it seems like a better version of Skyshroud Elite (which I've had enough opponents play around to reconsider), and Greenwheel Liberator seems like a good cheap alternative to Tarmogoyf that also plays with the counters-matter theme.

Hitting revolt is going to be easier once I get the two fetches I'm missing, and it does up the value of having free sac outlets like Carrion Feeder and Varolz, the Scar-Striped. Maybe I'll even bring out my old friend Flesh Carver.

Since these comments keep showing up in my messages, I thought I'd add a few more suggestions.
When I played Alesha, I really liked Chittering Rats, Flesh Carver, and Lone Missionary. The rats will sometimes end the game if you can recur them because your opponent can't draw cards. Flesh Carver gets bigger and is hard to block while keeping ETB creatures in the graveyard. The missionary just helps in damage races.
I never played with Stingscourger, but I would give it a try. Mardu has a ton of good creature removal, but sting is repeatable because of the echo cost. It seems like a very easy way of removing an opposing Doran, the Siege Tower or Courser of Kruphix.
You're totally right about Ghitu Slinger. That guy does so much work.

Flesh Carver is better than voracious null. I think Gavony Unhallowed, crop sigil and Deathgreeter can be cut for better things.

Cards you might like:

  1. Grave Pact/Dictate of Erebos/Mortician Beetle

  2. Primal Druid/Viridian Emissary/Yavimaya Elder

  3. Mulch/Grisly Salvage/Satyr Wayfinder

  4. Gravecrawler/Bloodghast/Narcomoeba/Golgari Grave-Troll/Prized Amalgam

I don't really know if you need all of those counter/token doubling enchantments, they seem like overkill and expensive for what you get. You'll likely get just as many counters for Kresh from killing off more creatures then you would doubling the counters off of fewer deaths. I'm also skeptical of Awakening Zone in this build, as the 0-power Drones don't really benefit Kresh by dying.

You also have a SHIT-ton of ramp in here; I count around thirteen mana-acceleration cards, not including mana rocks. Ramp is great, but you don't really have enough cards that need tons of mana; I would cut a few, and/or replace some with ramp cards that better fit your deck's theme. For instance, Sakura-Tribe Elder, Yavimaya Elder and Solemn Simulacrum should remain in the deck because they ramp you while benefitting from death. [Mana dorks that tap for mana need to remain alive to be useful, and that doesn't work with your deck's theme. Try Viridian Emissary and Wild Wanderer instead, as they don't need to stay alive.

Also, in my previous comment, idk why I suggested Flesh Carver. I meant to put Slum Reaper lol. But yeah, Flesh Carver DOES actually work here, so...I dunno, you decide.

Other suggestions: Flesh / Blood is a great Fling sidegrade.

Dictate of Erebos is a second Grave Pact.

Flesh Carver is a third Fleshbag Marauder.

Attrition is a sac outlet and removal engine.

Greater Good is a free sac outlet and draw engine.

Goblin Bombardment is ANOTHER free sac outlet.
