This is a mono-red control deck, so it's intended to build slowly before securing the win with a doubling effect and any number of burn spells, including the commander herself, or just beat down with value creatures. Jaya's Inferno ability with a Basilisk Collar attached is usually enough to put you significantly ahead of your opponents. It includes some elements of red "draw" - that is, exiling cards off the top to cast them - and there are ways to recur spells if needed. To add some consistency, there's an Imperial Recruiter package to fetch up utility creatures, and some of the usual red synergy with artifacts.

Suggestions are welcome.

Note: I already own a Painter's Servant, but I have intentionally left it out as 1. it tends to make me the Archenemy, and this deck functions best when it's just under the radar, 2. it makes boardwipes like Ugin's -X and All is Dust far more risky, and 3. Sword of Fire and Ice becomes useless.
