Gameplan is to get Sunforger and Mistveil Plains online as fast as possible, then control the game with the Instant spell package. Bruse Tarl is really good at swinging the Sunforger at people's faces, as he can kill anyone with two clean hits, gains you a bunch of life for the Aetherflux Reservoir, and First/Double-Strike is awesome with Sunforger as you can do some amazing combat shenanigans with it.

Sydri, Galvanic Genius combos with Aetherflux Reservoir by animating it and then giving it Lifelink so you can kill everyone on the table if you have 51+ life, assuming no instant-speed removal or lifeloss/damage effects. Attacking with or casting Bruse Tarl is an alternative way of granting an animated Aetherflux Reservoir Lifelink for the combo, if an careless opponent removes Sydri in response to her artifact animating ability.

There's plenty of ways to make your creatures unblockable so you can reliably kill opponents with two Sunforger-equipped Bruse Tarl hits or just one with Onward // Victory . Once Onward // Victory is in your graveyard, you can use it as a pseudo-Bruse Tarl activation for Silas Renn if you need to recur two artifacts from the graveyard but Bruse Tarl himself costs too much mana to cast. On the subject of killing opponents fast with Commander Damage or similar, Hero' Blade allows for a similar thing, and with Grafted Exoskeleton, Bruse Tarl can OHKO any opponent he directly hits.

Never let anyone exile Sunforger, as even if it goes to your graveyard, either Silas Renn or Sun Titan can recur it from there, but only let it hit the graveyard if you're sure you can recur it before someone has a chance to exile it from there. Do everything in your power to stop someone from exiling Sunforger or destroying it when you're not ready to recur it, or else most of the cards on the deck will become irrelevant.

Brass Squire can allow you to do two Sunforger activations at instant speed as opposed to just one, increasing your versatility and allowing you to be proactive with your first Sunforger activation.

Kazuul's Toll Collector cheats Sunforger's equip cost and allows you to tutor any Red or White Instant spell from your deck for just R/W. However, people can respond to his ability and threaten Sunforger once it is not equipped to anything, so beware of that. If no one has any answers for Sunforger at the time, you can tutor for several removal spells and damage someones board state heavily.

Metallurgeon can regenerate all of the important artifacts in the deck. Notable targets include itself, Sunforger if it is threatened, Silas Renn if you need to, or Epitaph Golem if you're using it for the Instant-to-library recursion. It also counts as a White permanent for Mistveil Plains and can be recurred by Silas Renn and Sun Titan. Be aware of the fact that since it doesn't have Haste, you can't use it on the turn it is recurred unless you give it haste with Lightning Greaves or Swiftfoot Boots.

Voltaic Key is useful with Brass Squire and Metallurgeon for multiple activations and can ramp you with the many mana rocks that produce more than 1 mana.

Skullclamp and Hidden Stockpile together form a really potent card drawing engine, and Hidden Stockpile serves as an innocuous White permanent for Mistveil Plains as well. Assemble the Legion, while costly, does the exact same thing, and after some time it also provides expendable bodies either for more Skullclamp draws, as Sunforger wielders in a pinch, or as sacrifice effect buffers.

Almost all mana rocks can sacrifice themselves for a card, and can then be recurred with Sun Titan for a card drawing engine. Same thing for Burnished Hart and lands. Conjurer's Bauble is a one-time use Mistveil Plains that cycles itself. With Sun Titan or Silas Renn, it can become an card draw and recursion engine for Sunforger, all in one card for 1 mana, assuming you can hit someone with Silas Renn or Sun Titan reliably.

If Sunforger somehow gets exiled, your only alternative paths to victory are either the Sydri and Aetherflux Reservoir combo, or trying to bury your opponents in card advantage with the powerful card drawing engines the deck can put together, along with the Instants that remained in the deck. Master Warcraft can open a path to victory even through a clogged up boardstate, with or without Sunforger. Comeuppance can catch an unsuspecting opponent off-guard.
