Have you thought about using Daretti, Ingenious Iconoclast?

Heartstone? Training Grounds? Illusionist's Bracers? Myr Turbine? Phyrexian Metamorph? Summoning Station (As your tokens hit the GY before disappearing it would trigger this)? Anyways just some cards that came to mind!

It you don't have any aversion to the Thopter Foundry + Sword of the Meek combo, it seems like it would be very good with Breya.

Nevinyrral's Disk is great board removal and it combos into darksteel forge. Your opponents might as well scoop.

For your mana base, adding more dual lands would be good. Fetch lands and shock lands (or original duals, but they are quite expensive) are extremely useful. Shocks and original duals can also be tutor for with panoramas, if you choose to keep those in. Filter lands are good mana fixing too. Pain lands and check lands are decent budget options.

But the main problem is that you have too many nonbasic lands that make only colorless mana. Four-colored decks can only run a few of these, but there are currently 11 in your deck.

The Urza's lands are strong if you get all three but that is very unlikely. The only thing that you can tutor them with at the moment is Planar Portal, which is a lot of mana to spend just on lands. You should only use Arcane Lighthouse if your opponents play a lot of problematic hexproof creatures. Otherwise, cut it. Same goes for Strip Mine: only use it if your opponents' lands are a major problem for you.

You could consider removing Buried Ruin, High Market, and/or Phyrexia's Core as well, unless you really think that they are essential.

I am surprised that I am seeing no one run Paradox Engine or Aetherflux Reservoir in their Breya decks as they are massive win cons and combo pieces.

Running Venser, the Sojourner is an excellent choice for ETB effects and eventually the ability to exile on cast.

Having so many Tezzeret Planeswalker cards may prove problematic in the way of if you have one on the board, the others are just sitting in your hand and are dead cards until the current Tezzeret leaves the field. I'd keep two at most, and my choices would be Tezzeret the Seeker and Tezzeret, Master of Metal. Seeker searches out and untaps artifacts and Master always gets you an artifact where Agent of Bolas can whiff more than you would expect. Plus Master's combos well with Hellkite Tyrant.

Also, viarax, Nevinyrral's Disk and Darksteel Forge aren't scoop worthy, there are a lot of things to deal with that, it's not game ending. Cyclonic Rift and Merciless Eviction and Return to Dust are but a few answers to these.

I just noticed that you are running Dark Depths, if you're going to be running that land, you will want a more efficient way of removing the counters besides Hex Parasite, maybe in the way of Vampire Hexmage or Thief of Blood. Also, Sun Titan has excellent synergy with Vampire Hexmage and Dark Depths along with other lands and 3 drop or less permanents. It's a great way to have a repeatable Planeswalker removal and to keep decks like Atraxa, Praetors' Voice in check along with Hex Parasite. Just some food for thought.

Have you thought of purphoros?casting breya one time comes out to 6 damage to each opponent. Once you stack on conjurers and other recursion it's a great deal of damage.

PartyJ: Oh. It used to be. They must have changed it since the last time I checked the ban list. Now I wonder what deck I should put it in... hmmm.

I think Lion's Eye Diamond + Auriok Salvagers combo is worth mentioning. You should also consider running Vampiric Tutor to get your combo pieces.
