I got Narset as my promo at the pre-release and I thought that I could make a commander deck around it. It is still in pre alpha phase. It is in no way complete, I need to take out quite a few cards and add some lands.

Anyway the deck works by attacking with Narset, Enlightened Master and then exiling some awesome spells without paying their manacost, such as Time Stretch or Storm Herd. Any advice or cards to add would be much appreciated. As of right now my funds are a bit limited so I can't buy to many expensive cards.
