Phyrexian Ingester and Duplicant are great at killing creatures. Parallax Wave and Grasp of Fate can also keep problamatic creatures away. Unquestioned Authority and Traveler's Cloak are cards that ensure Brago can keep doing combat damage while also netting you some draw. If you include those, you could also put in Heliod's Pilgrim to chain some card advantage together. Steel of the Godhead would be a good add if you did that. It's a good add anyway.

Here's what I would remove.

Enlightened Tutor and Mystical Tutor. You don't have very many good targets.

Mistmeadow Witch, Essence Flux, Flickerform. They are just bad flickers, especially bad when you consider Brago can do it better while these cards just get in the way.

Suspension Field, Banishing Light, Stasis Snare. Strictly worse than other exiling cards that combo well with strionic resonator and Brago. Take Oblivion Ring for example. Brago's flicker is on the stack. Copy it with strionic resonator. Flicker O-ring, now it's ETB is on the stack. Use strionic resonator to copy Brago's ability again and exile O-ring on the stack. Now the LTB effect triggers, and resolves before the ETB effect. It will first try to return the exiled card. Nothing gets returned. Then it will exile its target. Permanently. Also works with the aformentioned parallax wave, Parallax Tide, Angel of Serenity, Leonin Relic-Warder, and Fiend Hunter.

Biting Tether. Strictly worse than Persuasion and Mind Control, unless you play on occasionally switching what you control.

Mirror Mockery, Pacifism. These are just bad. The first requires the card to attack, which could kill it, and can only really replicate ETB effects, while pacifism only works on cards that require attacking to be good. Not most commanders if I remember correctly.

I almost forgot. The BEST card to run in Brago is.......... Mystic Remora. Bet you've never heard of that card. If you read the oracle text, the card really says whenever an opponent casts a noncreature spell, if they don't pay 4 you get to draw a card. It said 4. That's a ridiculous amount of mana to pay. You'll be drawing so many cards off of it, but it has a cumulative upkeep. On the bright side, Brago can flicker it to get rid of its upkeep counters. You only have to pay a turn to draw cards off of other people.
