Upgraded Veloci-Ramp-Tor precon led by Gishath, Sun's Avatar. Marauding Raptor + Polyraptor + Wrathful Raptors is an infinite combo wincon and can be tutored with Congregation at Dawn and cheated out with Gishath.

I haven’t yet done any real work on the mana base, but I have most of the good budget Gruul land so that’ll be the next thing that I work on.

I moved any of the precon cards that I didn’t make the cut to my “Maybe” board. Please let me know if I’m sleeping on any of these. Otherwise, I’d happily welcome any recommendations to make this deck run smoother.
