VeggieWagon's Non sliver First Sliver deck idea. The idea is to hard cast The First Sliver and have the only valid cascade target be Tibalt. Then you just have absolute bombs in the deck. We are essentially slingshotting ourselves ahead of our opponents quite quickly and violently.

We are aiming so that every card off of Tibalt will project us forward either in value or strength. So cards like Zendikar Resurgent may seem weird or odd to be wanted to hit, it means I can now cast the Emrakul, the Promised End next turn instead of being a dud in my hand.

Open to suggestions as to which cards you want to see in the deck.
