At one point, before Sythis was spoiled, I decided to colorshift and reflavor Daxos the Returned, as I felt green had much more synergy with the card's abilities than black. I erratically post about my custom cards here, the writeup I had for Ersephto (along with another card) was as follows:

Comment: I feel it's not controversial to say that Daxos the Returned & Kalemne, Disciple of Iroas are the weakest of the initial experience commanders. Both the way they get experience counters and the reward for those counters are linear compared to the other three. While I won't be fixing that fundamental disparity here, I'll at least give them more appropriate color combinations.

• Mechanics: {G}{W} is the enchantment guild, yet lacks a general enchantment commander at the time of writing (Siona, Captain of the Pyleas is the closest we got). Furthermore, steadily creating growing tokens is very much in line with the mechanical identity of the actual Ravnica guild as well (and {G} got the ramp to consistently support a mana sink). I feel neither of those two points are really mechanically aligned with {B}{W} (although I admit that being able to trigger Agent of Erebos/Doomwake Giant/Thoughtrender Lamia at instant speed is cool and appropriate to the guild's mechanical identity, if kinda inefficient). Meanwhile, the guild for casting big aggro creatures is {R}{G}, not the more weenie-oriented {R}{W}. Also, because I felt that Kalemne's experience counter reward is both on the weak side and too voltron-y (which imo isn't very synergetic with casting medium-to-big creatures), I tweaked it to be more of an aggressive compromise between going wide and tall.

• Flavor: Ersephto is as a follower of Karametra, God of Harvests. Her name is derived from Persephone and ἐρέπτομαι (the etymology of "reap"). Krowka is as a Shadowmoore giant. Her name consists of the the proto-celtic word for "rolling stone" and my attempt at the old irish word for "cart-er", because references (previously: "Krowko, the Gathering Avalance").

Get out your commander (and enchantresses), then try to keep casting enchantments while slowing down the game if possible. When you're at a decent experience level (and/or you got the spare mana) start making tokens and go for the beatdown. Things like Sigil of the Empty Throne and Katilda, Dawnhart Martyr   works as a backup/supplement to the commander.

Garruk's Uprising works with tokens too!

Urza's Saga is an Enchantment, but it isn't cast. Still triggers e.g. Setessan Champion tho.

When you flip Invasion of Gobakhan   you actually cast the enchantment-side, so it can trigger your commander. (Works with Daxos too!)

Lae'zel, Vlaakith's Champion is mainly here for the commander, but don't forget about Setessan Champion, The Eternal Wanderer (both on ETB and on the +1!), and, sadly, Invasion of Gobakhan  .
