Suggested Targets:

With Muldrotha, the Gravetide as your commander, you can continually replay all of your permanent cards to out-value your opponents. Cards such as Sakura-Tribe Elder, Satyr Wayfinder, and Springbloom Druid are great for early ramp and to play repeatedly to build a strong mana base. Sacrificing the land to Springbloom Druid isn't really a drawback since you can play the land later from your graveyard. Use removal cards such as Pernicious Deed, Oblivion Stone, Sinister Concoction, and Caustic Caterpillar to control the game, all of which self-sacrifice so it's easy to play them over and over with Muldrotha. Siren Stormtamer and Spore Frog are also great at slowing down your opponents and are easy to replay due to their low mana cost. Use cards such as Burning-Rune Demon, Oriq Loremage, and Final Parting to find the cards you need.

Other cards with powerful ETB effects that you want to play over and over include Gravebreaker Lamia, Mulldrifter, and Ravenous Chupacabra. You can sacrifice them to cards such as Plaguecrafter and Izoni, Thousand-Eyed to help you get them to your graveyard. Cards such as Nyx Weaver, Splinterfright, and Skull Prophet also help you keep your graveyard full of options.

Crop Rotation is another key card as the deck includes a lot of utility lands that self-sacrifice for a powerful effect, which are especially great in this deck since you can play the land over and over. Among these are Command Beacon, Crystal Vein, and Tectonic Edge. High Market is also included to allow you to sacrifice the creatures you wish to replay with Muldrotha.

Muldrotha, the Gravetide’s call
Beckons undead creatures great and small
Each Final Parting is filled with mirth
As the dead begin a Pattern of Rebirth

‘Neath the Barren Moor and Myriad Landscape
Lie creatures awaiting their escape
Those Buried Alive are stored with care
Until they are summoned to bring despair

Ashiok will render nightmarish dreams
While Baleful Strix silently screams
Then whether Peat Bog or Demolition Field
Each Desecrated Tomb will be refilled

A Sinister Concoction has been remade
A Pernicious Deed must be repaid
Muldrotha is fierce and full of power
All who oppose must flee and cower

I am a casual, budget player and my goal is to always keep my commander decks within $100 or close to it. Any suggestions to improve the deck while still keeping it within budget are appreciated!
