This is a somewhat fast combo deck that does not need big creatures or big mana. The idea is to play our animar as early as possible, ideally on turn 2, and start building counters. Once you have a couple of counters, you should be able to fill the board with creatures while either drawing a lot of cards or tutoring for the combo pieces.

Some words about the combos:

You need to have animar on the battlefield, preferably with already some counters. Then you can generate infinite cast/ETB triggers with either Ancestral Statue or Cloudstone Curio and two morph/colorless creatures. With infinite cast/ETB triggers you are able to

1. draw your whole deck with cards like Beast Whisperer

2. kill everyone with Reckless Fireweaver or Impact Tremors

The easiest way to win is to tutor up both Ancestral Statue and Reckless Fireweaver with Weird Harvest or Shared Summons and go off. It is possible to goldfish a turn 3 win by playing out animar on turn 2, then on turn three you play Bond Beetle, Reckless Fireweaver and finally Ancestral Statue. You will also have one spare mana for Dispel to protect the combo, but this needs an extremely lucky opening hand.

If you want to lower the budget even more, then you can get rid of Cloudstone Curio because it is there just as a backup plan in case Ancestral Statue gets exiled or something. Also cards like Glen Elendra Archmage and Worldly Tutor can be replaced with interaction or cheap creatures and manabase would probably work with more basics too.
