PRIMER Introductions

This is a competitive EDH deck for anyone who likes to add a certain amount of inevitability to their game. Muldotha may be a bit expensive for a CEDH commander but if you like using your graveyard a second hand then you should give this a try. The main goal of this deck is to rip through your library as quickly as possible for your combo finish or pivot to a slower control game and out value your opponents from beyond the grave.

Combos

The primary combo lines for this deck revolve around making infinite mana with Lion's Eye Diamond in tandem with an outlet. For this combo you will need Lion's Eye Diamond, one of your copy spells (i.e. Phantasmal Image, Dance of Many, or Glasspool Mimic  ), one of your reanimation enchantments (i.e. Animate Dead, Dance of the Dead, or Necromancy), and a mana sink (i.e. Walking Ballista or Kinnan, Bonder Prodigy).

Initial Mana Investment: 3 mana with at least 2 of your colors 1. Cast Lion's Eye Diamond and activate adding 3 mana (insuring you have all your colors) 1. Cast Muldrotha, the Gravetide 1. Cast card:Lions's Eye Diamond from the graveyard and activate adding {U}{U}{U} 1. Cast Phantasmal Image (or other copy spell) from the graveyard targeting Muldrotha, the Gravetide 1. The "Legend Rule" will force you to sacrifice one Muldrotha, the Gravetide. Sacrifice the original copy and allow her to stay in the graveyard instead of returning to the command zone. 1. Cast Lion's Eye Diamond from the graveyard using the new Muldrotha, the Gravetide and activate adding {B}{B}{B} 1. Cast Animate Dead (or other reanimate enchantment) from the graveyard targeting the original copy of Muldrotha, the Gravetide 1. The "Legend Rule" will force you to sacrifice one again. Sacrifice your Phantasmal Image Copy. 1. Repeat steps 3-8 and create infinite mana of all colors. 1. Cast Walking Ballista where X is large enough to kill all your opponents and activate it's ability deal enough damage to win the game.
