Protean Hulk package is an infinite win. Flash Hulk into Phyrexian Delver + Viscera Seer. Delver ressurects Hulk. Sac Hulk to Seer. Get Mikaeus + Walking Ballista. Sac Ballista to Seer, it comes back through Mikaeus with a +1/+1 counter on it. Remove the counter to deal 1 damage to an opponent. Sac the Ballista to the Seer. Repeat as needed.
