Rafiq Tempo EDH for 2-3 Player games, sometimes 4. Feel free to let me know what you think. Never seen a Rafiq list I like better than my own. Always see Rafiq EDH decks built like exalted Voltron decks and they are so horrible. I wanted to push rafiq as far as I could into something that could beat tier 1 decks. My deck focuses on tempo and hate bears. "Rafiq of the Many Tempo Hate Bears." Been building this deck for 8 years and its really come together into something amazing. Performs exactly how I always wanted it to. A few cards I want to add but dont have yet are Mox Diamond and the Tundra to finish my Dual land Trio.
