all the life gain instances, get dem triggahs boooooiiii. seriously though, this deck, if it had some more protection for Uncle Karl, could be a mean tron deck. Also, I cannot count the number of times i've scooped to a "[opponent]: I cast Erebos, God of the Dead, responses?" need more answers for that, specifically Anguished Unmaking or Mana Tithe, maybe Lapse of Certainty to have another turn to find answer. also makes me think about removing my own erebos as once he was hit with a Fractured Identity and i cried. (I guess this also applies to Tainted Remedy too)

recently replaced Alhammarret's Archive with Aetherflux Reservoir, more triggers/life cannon vs. bigger gains/draw

my play group has special rules for a 101st card, called the champion. (needs to have >51% commander's color identity. uses command zone without tax. need to have commander on field and 7 devotion to commander's identity to cast or resolve). for this deck, its Ayli, Eternal Pilgrim
