Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons Stax.

This deck is all about restricting your opponents using the various stax pieces whilst furthering your board state by making snakes! Snakes can be sacrificed to Phyrexian Altar and Ashnod's Altar to produce mana, helping side step past the stax. They should also be sacrificed to Smokestack itself to help keep your board state ahead of your opponents. Nest of Scarabs and Bitterblossom also keep you supplied with dudes.

Blowfly Infestation+ Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons +Blood Artist or Zulaport Cutthroat

Food Chain+Eternal Scourge+Elemental Bond infinite card draw and mana to cast creatures. This could also combo with Psychosis Crawler for infinite life drain.
