General horsery early game nuking everyone's creatures stocking my graveyard for when I can bring out Toshi and start swinging.

Key about attacking-

Have your opponent chose blockers, triggering boshido for a +1,+1

Respond Murder the blocker.

Successful hit for 3, do that seven more times (unlikely, but a death through commander damage) That's why I kinda want a batterskull in here so I can make it a 3 turn clock instead.

Sideboard is trying to make it's way into mainboard but I'm not sure what to cut in place. I have a good deal of utility that is situational so even though it is EDH I might sideboard the more strict cards in place of Lightning Greaves, Ring of Xathrid, Mimic Vat, Caged Sun, and Phyrexian Obliterator

Just watch the movie. Best 90's satire out there. I think? If you liked Leslie Nielson's Airplane you're set.

Mono Black with tons of INSTANT spells, duh.

Jackie Chan and Black Dynamite could whoop Chuck Norris.

Other things I think I should consider:

Darksteel Plate esque protection for Toshiro. I mean Black Dynamite. He needs to avenge JImmy.

Spell Recursion.

Death Wish ?

Land base other than Cabal Coffers and Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth .

Other Board presence destruction shenanigans.

Anything to improve the Samurai theme, and overall Voltron - ness. As that is my main "wincon" although I doubt I'll even win many games. This deck is to be a mono black assassin disrupting everyone else's plays, as EDH has a lot of big creatures.
