Glimmerpoint Stag
Creature — Elk
Vigilance
When Glimmerpoint Stag enters the battlefield, exile another target permanent. Return that card to the battlefield under its owner's control at the beginning of the next end step.

zapyourtumor, funny enough, I already have Mimic Vat in the deck. Its only 1 of though and only in the sideboard for heavy removal/sac strategies and for sentimental reasons. I LOVE Mimic Vat. I couldn't figure out how to make a deck solely on Mimic Vat, but maybe some day...
Also, I used to use Glimmerpoint Stag and even Galepowder Mage in my builds, but Charming Prince kind of seemed to me like the better option. Sure its not removal, but its very flexible and costs 2 less.
As for Seance, check out my other decks Can you FEEL it? or Azorious Sundial. Seance requires much more graveyard filler cards like Bazaar Trademage and Ideas Unbound. Which is totally an amazing variant of a Sundial of the Infinite deck. As far as i'm concerned, that variant just needs the perfect creature to resurrect to be incredible.
Btw, I haven't found a way to make Chance for Glory and Glorious End work for any deck. I frankly haven't got any idea. I recently tried a variant of sundial that transformed from an esper build, see Grave timing ;), but I don't even see how to use Glorious End in a deck like that. Maybe i'll try a red variant with them again if Splinter Twin ever gets unbanned.

Have you considered whack stuff like Mimic Vat to make the tokens stick around? Glimmerpoint Stags can be extra Flickerwisps for more permanent removal. I think the card Seance is really cool (once built a deck around it) and having a single copy of it here is actually really nice since you can make those tokens stick around as well, which sort of makes up for the fact that they don't have haste. If you want to splash red, stuff like Chance for Glory and Glorious End would be janky as hell.

Nice deck!
My main deck play with the sundial too, but in white blue, Call to Exile if you want to give it a look.
I recomand switching Glimmerpoint Stag to Flickerwisp, same effect but for 3 mana, i find having a flying card pretty useful versus aggro decks

I'm a little disappointed to not see any Burnished Hart s, Glimmerpoint Stag s or Stampeding Elk Herd s in this deck, but that probably says more about me than the deck.
As for actually useful criticism, having only the 4 Prismatic Vista as likely targets for the Wrenn and Six +1 is going to seriously limit its effectiveness. I'd strongly suggest more fetchlands.

Thanks for the comments!
I've seen Phyrexian Ingester and Duplicant, and they certainly do work. The reason they aren't in is because I already have 7 removal cards which can only affect creatures, 3.5 of which kill all of them anyway (Luminate Primordial is the .5).
I didn't think of Trostani's Summoner as a finisher, but she's probably better than Call for Unity. In she goes.
Stonehorn Dignitary is definitely powerful. It's maybe one to try out, I'm worried about maybe it being too powerful.
I was originally designing the deck to be mostly functional without relying on Roon, so I left out his specific enablers like Swiftfoot Boots, Lightning Greaves, Thousand-Year Elixir, and Illusionist's Bracers. Some of these may find a way in if there are blink cards that don't pan out (I'm looking at you Mistmeadow Witch).
I tried to get a mix of green land ramp and artifacts, since there are some possible synergies with the artifacts (Brago, King Eternal especially, but also Felidar Guardian, Flickerwisp, Glimmerpoint Stag, Ghostly Flicker might rarely untap a signet). Maybe Explosive Vegetation/Circuitous Route might make it in later with Azorius Guildgate.
I wish I could play Soul of the Harvest, Sphinx of Uthuun, AND Prime Speaker Zegana. But then I start to worry about consistency and curve, 1 out of 3 sounds like a fair compromise. And you've changed my mind about which one, I'll put Prime Speaker in and pull Soul out.
Planar Guide is very unique. One shot telegraphed instant speed delay flicker for ALL creatures. Can work like a fog. Can backfire against other ETB creatures. Also does Homeward Path. Wraths tokens. Undoes Ixidron. I'm having a hard time evaluating this, cool card.
Mnemonic Wall is what I would consider a core card in the deck *facepalm. Now I just have to make room. I'm very surprised it does not appear on the EDHREC page.
I'm avoiding tutors on purpose, otherwise Fierce Empath and Woodland Bellower are an excellent pair.
Minion Reflector I like, and also the new Bramble Sovereign. Sort of like Panharmonicon, but for 2 mana each time. It's just unclear how to make room (and also I'm already over budget, sorry Bramble Sovereign).
Thanks again for the kind words :)

Im going to make these suggestions under the assumption that price is not an issue.
Card Suggestions
- Topdeck Manipulation
- Scroll Rack: is the card for this deck. Hand and topdeck manipulation with no equal.
Enigma Sphinx - Sensei's Divining Top: Another fantastic artifact for controlling your draws.
- Soothsaying: Topdeck fixer. Cheap enchantment and a good mana sink. Basically a not as good, but cheaper alternative to Scroll Rack.
- Scroll Rack: is the card for this deck. Hand and topdeck manipulation with no equal.
- Abusing ETB options
- Panharmonicon: Why have one when you can get two? (Double ETB triggers).
- Riverwise Augur: Brainstorm ETB effect.
- Flickerwisp: 3/1 Flier, lets you get another ETB effect from a creature you already played.
- Glimmerpoint Stag: Strictly worse Flickerwisp.
- Conjurer's Closet: Single flicker effect on end step, it is slow and not a top recommendation
- Karmic Guide: Abuse-able graveyard recursion
- Angel of Serenity: Removes 3 cards each ETB and returns to hand instead of battlefield when it leaves.
- Magister Sphinx: Puts target opponent at 10
- Massacre Wurm: Great way to wipe tokens
- Sunblast Angel: Boardwipe ETB
- Pilgrim's Eye: Never miss a land drop ETB
- Mnemonic Wall: Return instants and sorceries from graveyard ETB, also a good wall
- Noxious Gearhulk: Destroys creatures and gains life on ETB
- Cataclysmic Gearhulk: Great way to clear a cluttered board.
- Big Game Hunter/Shriekmaw/Bone Shredder
- Ashen Rider/Angel of Despair
- "Better" spells (ie, better cards that do what cards you have do)
- Baleful Strix: Much better than your Phyrexian Rager
- Dusk Legion Zealot: Similar to Phyrexian Rager except a 1/1 that costs 1 less
- Duplicant: Slightly cheaper Phyrexian Ingester (honestly, id consider both)
-
Other spells
- Teferi's Protection: This card is busted by itself, coupled with your commander's ult and its just unfair.
- Counterbalance: If you have enough topdeck manipulation this can be a powerful card, but i can understand not wanting to run it.
- Homeward Path: Lets you (everyone) get back their creatures but not other non-land permanents
- Saving Grasp
- Supplant Form
- Mystical Tutor/Enlightened Tutor/Vampiric Tutor: One mana tutors that put the card on top of your library. I would definitely run Mystical Tutor at least.
- Fabricate: Tutors an artifact. Highly recommended should you buy the Scroll Rack or other good artifacts (Not worth it if all you have are mana rocks)
- Chromatic Lantern: Still the best 3 drop mana rock for multicolored decks
- Voidwalk: Another means to get your creatures back after you ult
-
Cards that I would consider taking out
- Primordial Mist: Clunky and slow and you have pretty much removed all of the other manifest cards it doesnt really fit.
- Jeskai Infiltrator: Another manifest card
- Enigma Sphinx: It is very expensive card for a 5/4 body, even with flying. It has no ETB effect to abuse (since you have to cast to get the cascade effect).
- Sphinx of Jwar Isle: Unnecessary Effect
- Conundrum Sphinx: There are far better and cheaper card draw effects... Loyal Drake for example
- Sphinx of Uthuun: Expensive for a Fact or Fiction
-
Other Comments
- I dont know about cards like Esper Charm or Crib Swap whether they are worth keeping or not?
